- For special requests or group bookings, please notify us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate them.
Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be given after the booking
- Instead of a refund, a Credit Note will be shared with the customer which they can redeem within 6 months of the issued date
- Using the Credit Note, you are requested to book the homestay 15 days prior to your next check-in date
- Changes in group size should be informed at least 15 days before check-in, post that, decrease in group size will not be refunded.
